The Performance Levels Of Fusion One
Fusion One makes use of a series of exercises that constitute three distinct forms; a lying form, a seated form and a standing form. It is through the use of these forms, and the levels they represent, that the system is able to –safely and effectively– address the health needs of people of all ages and states of health.
The Standing Form of Fusion One
This form makes use of a sequence of movements and activities that are performed from a standing position. The aim of the form is to develop the mind and body and - over time - promote ones health and well being.
The Seated Form
When used in combination with a safe and effective aerobic activity, the Seated Form is able to enhance the quality of ones life. It is also able to help prevent and manage back pain and injuries, coronary heart disease, hypertension and a number of mental conditions.
The Lying Form
The Lying Form makes use of a wide variety of factors or elements. Common ones are its stretching movements and positions, its emphasis on regulated breathing and its use of the principles and techniques of relaxation, meditation and visualization.
